The Challenge: : Upgrade of the existing website and providing relevant information to the hospital’s different target populations: emergency patients in need of immediate information, patients who are undergoing ongoing treatment and require medical information about treatment, donors, and more. Another challenge was making the information accessible - information about treatments, doctors, detailed medical information and information about the departments and sub-departments of Rambam Hospital and Ruth Children's Hospital.
The Solution that was implemented: characterization, design, implementation and development of the website on the SiteVision system.
In this project, a characterization process was performed, which included identification of different target audiences, investigation of the users of the site and their behavior. The characterization provided a solution for intelligent navigation and a complex search mechanism for the various target audiences.
The design is innovative, responsive and attractive.
In addition, Pionet converted and implemented the data from the SharePoint system to Pionet’s SiteVision system.
