Marketing site and personal area
The challenge: Upgrading a website with an existing infrastructure - the UI/UX layer, content and adding new technological components to Assuta's marketing site in four languages (Hebrew, English, Arabic and Russian) while maintaining search engine ranking. Adding an option to locate comprehensive and practical information about each physician and their practical experience in the specific procedures in which the patient is interested. Ongoing updating of the services provided by the Assuta Centers. Upgrading the patients' personal area.
The Solution that was implemented: Interface and design (UI/UX) of the site that was established about a decade ago on Pionet's own SiteVision infrastructure. Pionet's design and UI team redesigned the site giving it a significant facelift without losing any of its technological capabilities. A sophisticated system was established to present information about physicians, which takes into account many parameters and presents patients with information about the practical experience of each physician in specific procedures. At the same time, the personal area for patients was upgraded and an update system was set up for information on all Assuta centers - including ongoing updates on the closing or opening of new centers and the addition or discontinuation of services at each of the centers.
As part of the upgrade, the site was made to be a responsive and accessible site, and now complies with accessibility standards. In addition, Pionet's content team is responsible for the ongoing operation of the site - rewriting, writing, translating and entering content.
